Kendra OverlockKendra Overlock is Vice President, Customer Operations, at Versant Power. Kendra has more than 25 years of utility experience in diverse roles including customer service, advanced metering, transmission development, communications and brand, and community investment. She is responsible for strategy and execution of Versant Power’s customer experience operations, including customer contact center, billing, transmission and distribution field operations and support services. Kendra currently serves on the boards of the Heart of Maine United Way and University of Maine Presque Isle Development Foundation. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University Washington, a Master of Arts from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration from Husson University. Back to Executives
